About The Position

The Seasonal Donor Services Associate supports donor engagement during MSF USA's high-volume year-end fundraising cycle. The role serves as a primary point of contact for donors, providing timely and accurate customer service via phone, email, and mail. Responsibilities include resolving donation-related issues, updating donor data, supporting gift processing, and maintaining donor satisfaction through the season.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in donor services, customer service, development, or another environment that requires handling of high-volume external inquiries
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain data accuracy at a consistently high standard, with a track record of entering and updating information in CRM or database systems with minimal errors
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across phone, email, and written channels, consistently delivering information that meets organizational service expectations.
  • Experience working within structured processes or documented workflows
  • A track record of adapting to shifting priorities or changing inquiry types
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrated through accurate recordkeeping, timely task completion, and consistent adherence to administrative standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle donor inquiries with accuracy and clarity, making sure each interaction reinforces confidence and trust.
  • Provide timely resolution to donor questions and concerns, ensuring issues are addressed at the right level.
  • Maintain accurate donor records by promptly and consistently entering updated information and corrections.
  • Support prescribed data workflows to ensure information is complete, current, and aligned with system standards.
  • Work with internal teams to support donor-related needs and deliver consistent service across touchpoints.
  • Contribute to smooth coordination by sharing updates, routing issues, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Prepare and update documents, templates, and system entries that enable the team's daily operations.
  • Maintain organized records and follow established protocols to support year-end work.
