Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in banking, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
  • Cash handling experience and comfort working with numbers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to learn banking products, services, and regulations
  • Professional presence and commitment to confidentiality and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand financial goals
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Process transactions accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Assist clients with questions and provide guidance on bank products and services
  • Balance daily transactions and maintain cash accuracy
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to Relationship Bankers and other partners
  • Monitor for and report suspicious activity in accordance with bank policies
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and timeliness
  • Support drive-up, in-person, and phone interactions
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
