Be a part of our Outlets team as a Concessions Attendant. Our employees are Experience Curators who are professional memory-makers, creating personalized guest experience from start to finish. Experience Curators craft meaningful, over-the-top experiences that wow our guests time after time. The Concessions Attendant entails operating the payment system at an outlet stand, primarily responsible for processing customer transactions by accepting payment and issuing receipts, while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring a clean working environment within the outlet area; duties may include interacting with guests, handling food items, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills to calculate change accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
  • Attention to detail to ensure correct orders and transactions
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

  • Accurately operate a point-of-sale system to ring up customer purchases.
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude, answer questions about menu items, address customer concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and serve concession food items like popcorn, hot dogs, drinks, and snacks according to established procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels, restock items as needed, and report any shortages to supervisors.
  • Accurately count receipts, reconcile transactions, and follow procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash.
