About The Position

An Assistant Seasonal Coach at the College of St. Scholastica: Assists the head coach with various administrative and coaching duties, which can include but not limited to: Skill instruction Practice planning Recruitment Opponent scouting Travel logistics Ensuring compliance with the NCAA DIII rules. Responsibilities also encompass: Providing feedback to athletes Promoting athletics and personal development Helping to organize team events and equipment. Other duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or full-time staff.

Requirements

• One year coaching (at any level) or participation in the sport
