This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Dune Deck Beach Club, in Westhampton Beach, New York. Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking a Seasonal Chef de Cuisine to join the Food and Beverage Culinary Department. This position is available April - October, 2026. The Chef de Cuisine will assist with overseeing and the day to day running of the Club’s Culinary department working closely with the Executive Chef, Culinary Director and Food and Beverage Service. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
