We’re seeking a passionate Asian Cuisine Chef with strong expertise in sushi and authentic Asian flavors to join our culinary team. As we expand our concept to include sushi, the ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on experience in Japanese, Chinese, Thai, or Korean cuisine, with a proven background in sushi operations from prep to presentation. This role requires more than technical skill, we’re looking for a culinary leader who can drive menu development, train and mentor staff, and maintain authentic, high-quality standards that reflect the restaurant’s growing identity. The right person will live and breathe Asian cuisine, bringing creativity, credibility, and consistency to elevate our brand and guest experience.
