About The Position

City Experiences is seeking a motivated Seasonal Boat Cleaner to join their team in Marina Del Rey. The company is looking for dependable self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a positive attitude. The primary goal of this position is to ensure vessels, piers, and facilities remain clean and "Show Ready" at all times.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of cleaning or maintenance experience is preferred.
• Functional knowledge of power tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders daily.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways), including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and emptying trash.
• Keep vessels, piers, and facilities in pristine condition.
• Perform basic repairs and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
• Safely scale ladders and lift to 50 pounds.
• Strictly adhere to all safety practices, policies, and procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
