About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Seasonal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, strong customer service skills, and a people-friendly attitude. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse community, assisting individuals from different backgrounds, handling phones and walk-ins, and providing basic administrative support.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and communities
• Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems and forms
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone

Nice To Haves

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
• Experience assisting the public or working in a community-focused or diverse environment

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional, welcoming, and people-friendly manner
• Work effectively with a diverse population and provide respectful, inclusive service
• Help people complete online applications and forms
• Distribute incoming mail and deliveries to appropriate staff or departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
