The Job Our Bike Mechanics craft exceptional experiences for evo’s customers. These individuals maintain, repair, and build bikes for our customers.

Requirements

No degree required.
Minimum 3-5 years experience required
Adaptability, attention to detail, communication, customer service, inventory management, multitasking, problem-solving, product knowledge, teamwork, time management
Embodies, honors, and lives our core values: The Great 8

Nice To Haves

Barnett or UBI Certification a plus
Foundational knowledge of suspension work, pivot, and bearing services

Responsibilities

Assess and provide accurate repair quotes upon customer arrival.
Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, assemblies, etc.) are completed properly and on-time, maintaining consistent and high-quality work standards.
Offer credible, unbiased advice during service check-ins and assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
Attend scheduled clinics and training sessions to continuously improve personal gear knowledge.
Order necessary parts to ensure seamless completion of repair jobs.
Assist customers on the sales floor, providing expert insights and recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop area.
Other duties as assigned
