Portfolio Accounting provides monthly reports to calculate cashflow payments, income values, and market values. The reports are sent to institution clients like banks and credit unions. This position will help other associates to model securities, enter trades, organize monthly transactions. This position requires knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg. Customer service is important to help manage our clients’ requests. The summer associate position is a temporary role. Start Date: Monday, May 4th 2026 End Date: Friday, July 31st 2026 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 24 hours per week. Part Time

  • Freshman or Sophomore standing (December 2027-May 2029 graduates) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
  • Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD).
  • General Experience - 4 to 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Model fixed income securities into accounting software.
  • Help organize monthly trade activity
  • Reconcile and compare fixed income portfolio.
  • Help Associates update portfolios
  • Address client’s requests
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
