About The Position
Related’s Luxury Building, The Row, located in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Amenity Porter to join their team. Responsibilities include ensuring that the entire area is clean and properly set up at the beginning of the shift and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the day. Specifically, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Maintain cleanliness and safety of general pool area including organizing and cleaning pool furniture, maintaining lost & found, picking up trash as needed, wipe off grills and tables Anticipate resident needs Adhere to the opening and closing duties Generate a safe, warm, and relaxing atmosphere Consistent walk through of the pool area performed minimum of every 30 minutes to be sure that the area is kept clean and safe throughout the day and to be sure that all equipment is working and in place Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned Compensation: $20 / hour Build Your Career With Related Management Company A subsidiary of Related Companies, Related Management Company (RMC) is a premier owner/operator of real estate, managing hundreds of properties across multiple states and Washington, D.C. Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts on their feet
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- May be required to work nights, weekends and overtime
