This individual contributor role provides administrative support to management by maintaining effective day to day office operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent designation.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience.
  • An engaged safety-firsts mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key    Daily Actions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective customer service.
  • Competent in basic math and spreadsheet calculations.
  • Understanding of basic office equipment functionality.
  • Proven capability to effectively use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook tools.
  • Proficiency in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively in verbal and written methods.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and adjust importance as needed.
  • Relate effectively to a variety of people at various levels within the organization.
  • Enthusiasm for utilizing technology to streamline operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with SAP software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and answer correspondence, ensuring a professional presentation.
  • Complete data entry thoroughly and accurately to maintain quality records.
  • Respond to emails promptly, concisely, and with appropriate follow up.
  • Greet phone callers and resolve inquiries in a helpful manner.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • As requested, assist with scheduling and calendaring activities.
  • As needed, open and route mail to correct recipient.
  • Actively follow safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and objectives.
