About The Position

We are hiring a Seasonal Action Stations and Prep Cook to join the dining team at the Jacksonville Jaguars! This part-time, season-long role offers a morning-to-afternoon shift, and an afternoon-to-evening shift. We are looking for someone who enjoys using their aptitude for service and culinary skills to maintain and elevate a great experience for guests, which is essential for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous work experience in the same domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with high-profile clientele while maintaining confidentiality and handling oneself professionally.
• Ability to stand for long durations.
• Ability to operate professional cleaning equipment and experience in different cleaning techniques.
• Must handle chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.
• Experience with handling heavy-duty equipment.
• Must be able to work in front of people and be presentable and courteous to the client.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the company’s Team Dining and performance managers.
• Perform basic kitchen duties such as food prep, cleaning list, and stocking items from vendors.
• Inform the kitchen managers of orders; maintain the cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is handled safely.
• Make sure the action stations are clean and organized.
• Restock the action station and prepare the action station for the next day.
• Able to work a fast pace and while being organized and courteous towards the staff and Team Members.
• Other duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.
