About The Position

The Seafood/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, and monitoring quality assurance standards for the department. This role also involves directing, supporting, and supervising all functions, duties, and activities within the Seafood department, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Ralphs, based in California, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998 and now serves customers in over 180 stores.
