About The Position

The Seafood/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. This role involves monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards and directly supervising all functions and activities within the Seafood department. The leader is expected to demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
• Direct, support and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Seafood department.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
