Requirements

• Interest or knowledge in seafood and fishing.
• Experience in fishing or seafood handling is a plus.
• Enjoy providing friendly customer service.
• Work well in fast-paced settings.
• Handle seafood with care.
• Flexible hours, especially during busy seasons.
• Adapt quickly to changes and pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Expert in precise hand movements, safely handling knives, tools, and seafood.
• Hear and follow instructions well in busy environments
• Safely lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and stay active for long periods with focus
• Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
• Work comfortably in hot, cold, or humid conditions and with cleaning products
• Handle seafood and ingredients without allergic reactions.
• Use step-stools and ladders safely; reach items at all heights.
• Communicate clearly with team for smooth operations.
