About The Position

The Law School’s Career Development Office (CDO) seeks an undergraduate student assistant for approximately 3-4 hours per week during the spring 2026 semester. The student assistant role will provide clerical support and complete other duties as assigned. Candidates should possess strong data entry and customer service skills. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has the ability to work independently on assigned projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. The student assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phones, operating basic office equipment, computing, and assisting team members with various projects including job fairs/interview programs.

  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment requiring significant interaction with others
