About The Position

Our client is a leading company specializing in crypto payment solutions, providing seamless cryptocurrency payment processing for businesses in industries such as iGaming, Forex, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). With innovative technologies and a global reach, they empower businesses to accept crypto payments securely and efficiently. The company is rapidly expanding within the fintech sector and is looking for driven professionals to join their team. Role Overview As the SDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating the Sales Development function from the ground up. You’ll build, train, and lead a high-performing SDR team focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. The role involves close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to align acquisition channels and increase B2B pipeline profitability. This position combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution — perfect for someone who can design scalable processes, coach a growing team, and deliver measurable impact. The role involves communication with international clients and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR or B2B Sales roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling SDR teams in fintech, Web3, or iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a results-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead an SDR team (3–6 members), including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
  • Create and optimize SDR workflows, scripts, and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT).
  • Implement tools and dashboards to monitor SDR performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and event-based outreach (e.g., ICE Barcelona, SiGMA).
  • Ensure effective handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.
  • Continuously analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to refine the process.
