About The Position

We’re hiring a Sales Development Manager to join at an early and pivotal stage, focused on our fast-growing healthcare vertical. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll prospect, build pipeline, and shape the strategy, playbooks, and team behind our outbound motion. You’ll lead hiring and development for the SDR team and play a key role in building a high-performing, scalable sales development function. Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in a management role leading SDRs or AEs
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive role
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • High levels of energy, self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop our Sales Development team, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement processes and best practices for generating qualified opportunities with the SDR team and potentially AEs
  • Track, measure, and report on sales data to inform effective decision-making and strategy adjustments
  • Promote a culture of sales excellence, ensuring best practices and high performance within the team
  • Drive the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent and oversee the development and growth of team members
  • Ensure the proper and effective use of Salesforce and Outreach for tracking and managing sales activities
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to support broader company initiatives and achieve sales goals
