What You'll Do: As the Director of Sales Development, you’ll lead and scale a high-performing SDR organization, managing a team of SDR managers and ensuring alignment with the broader sales and marketing teams. You’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline generation, optimizing processes, and mentoring managers to support the growth of the SDR function. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our SDR team as they deliver qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs) and contribute to the overall sales motion.
