Job Description: As a Scrum Master: You will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also identify and report progress via appropriate metrics. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement. Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for enhancement. Lead workshops and training sessions to promote Agile best practices across the organization. Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress. Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving within the team to overcome challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as Scrum Master
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management and Splunk
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Atlassian JIRA, Change Analytics and Organizational Strategy
  • Bachelors Degree
