We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple projects and initiatives under Contact Center Desktop Fleet. The candidate is expected to have strong Scrum Master skills and will work closely with all stakeholders to successfully steer project outcomes. This role involves working with the squad to deliver solutions for technological initiatives and capabilities aligned to various Businesses, collaborating with core development teams and other support teams to drive efficient planning and execution. Understanding business demands is crucial for informed decisions. The team works extensively with other IT members in all MSWM locations, demanding a strong work ethic and extensive hands-on participation.
