About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and transformation initiatives across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile, driving organizational agility, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, coaching expertise, and the ability to align technology delivery with business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean)
- Proven success in Agile transformations, improving delivery rates, reducing costs, and enhancing team efficiency
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud modernization
- Skilled in stakeholder management, backlog refinement, and program execution
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
