We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to support telecom service delivery and service assurance systems. This role will facilitate stakeholder working sessions, develop and prioritize business requirements, work with development teams, organize and execute sprint planning and sprint execution, UAT and manage tool demonstrations to optimize user experience for operational tools. Sitting at the intersection of business process and technology, this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, communication finesse, and technical understanding to translate complex requirements and development into actionable solutions that drive delivery efficiency and operational excellence. This role will work closely with system architects, business users, and technology teams to ensure alignment across the full delivery lifecycle. This position is fully remote working MST to EST hours. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. Please note that we do not work C2C.
