Requirements

4-6+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Hands-on experience leading Agile Scrum teams in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and Agile best practices.
Experience applying Agile frameworks in organizations using Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar models.
Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams to improve Agile maturity and achieve sprint/release goals.
Experience working in diverse environments with projects of varying complexity.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, VersionOne, Azure DevOps/TFS, AgileCraft, or similar.
Understanding of TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and iterative development processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, facilitate, and drive outcomes across teams.
Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance standards required for financial and technology-focused roles.
