About The Position

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master I to join our team specializing in
Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Champion lean/agile leadership by modeling servant leadership behaviors that
empower the team, strengthen collaboration, and promote autonomy in
day‑to‑day delivery.
Support and partner closely with the Product Owner to refine the backlog,
ensure high‑value prioritization, and drive clearer alignment to business
outcomes.
Coach team members on agile principles—estimation, prioritization,
ceremonies, and quality practices—strengthening discipline, accountability,
and continuous learning.
Foster a team culture rooted in transparency, psychological safety, mutual
respect, and cooperative problem‑solving to improve overall team
effectiveness.
Proactively identify and remove impediments (or escalate to the right
personnel), enabling the team to maintain focus and consistently deliver
value with minimal disruption.
Drive organizational adoption of agile ways of working by reducing gaps
between theory and practice and implementing continuous improvement
strategies that evolve team performance.
Establish, maintain, and communicate key agile metrics (burn-up/burn-down
charts, program boards, velocity trends, and Definition of Done compliance)
to ensure visibility, predict risks early, and guide data‑driven decisions.
Build strong cross-functional relationships using Business Relationship
Management practices, ensuring that team delivery aligns with business needs
and maximizes value creation.
