The Ferguson Technology job family acquires, designs, implements, and operates the organization’s technology resources, including hardware, operating systems, applications, data, communications, and security. This role sits within the Enterprise Solutions organization, supporting the Own Brand Technology group, and serves as a Scrum Master with embedded delivery governance responsibilities - partnering with Agile teams to deliver high quality software in a controlled and predictable manner. The main focus of this position is enabling Agile execution by coaching teams on Scrum practices, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In addition, the role supports essential release and change coordination activities to ensure software changes are introduced safely, reliably, and in alignment with enterprise delivery standards. Through close partnership with Product Owners, Service Owners, development teams, and delivery stakeholders, this role helps teams remain focused, aligned, and effective while balancing Agile delivery with necessary governance. Location: Candidates located within 40 miles of a corporate or Own Brand headquarters may be expected to work a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote, in accordance with company policy. Applicable locations include Erlanger, KY; Newport News, VA; Corona, CA; and South Bend, IN.
