About The Position

Parallel Employment is looking for a dedicated and skilled Screen Print Room Technician to join our production team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our screen printing process runs smoothly and efficiently, producing high-quality prints that meet our customers' expectations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in screen printing or a similar manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
• Ability to operate complex machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with different types of inks, substrates, and printing techniques.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing machines, including adjustments for ink flow, temperature, and exposure times.
• Prepare and maintain screens, ensuring they are properly coated and ready for printing.
• Load and position materials for printing, ensuring alignment and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal print quality.
• Inspect printed products for quality assurance, checking for color accuracy, registration, and overall finish.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met and deadlines are achieved.
