About The Position

As a screen print proofing/scheduling associate, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by assisting in day-to-day production needs in order to meet or exceed our customers' expectations. Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.) Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility. Interpret work orders effectively and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. Process work orders and proof for errors. Assist in the management of problematic orders and related communication to other departments. Enter and maintain data in various spreadsheets. Follow up on problematic orders daily. Create packets of work orders for production. Update notes in the Production Scheduler. Coordinate the process for pre-production proofs. Work with supplier operations to track missing product. Coordinate the backorder and replacement process. Process and maintain daily reports. Coordinate with other departments on problematic orders staged on production floor. Work with claims on rush orders and discrepancies. Communicate effectively with sales and claims to answer production questions and give feedback on order status and ship dates. Collaborate with other departments on expedited ship dates. Coordinate training of new hires and temporary associates. Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Minimum typing speed 45 WPM.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Work will be performed at 4imprint, Appleton.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
