About The Position

As a screen print production stager 2nd shift, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers’ orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with quality control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Ensure all machines have enough non-screen printed product and screens to avoid delays.
• Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
• Pull orders from the staging area to put by the machines.
• Track down orders which may need updating.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
