Booster Gear is seeking an energetic, organized, and dependable Screen Press Operator with a can-do attitude. The qualified candidate will work efficiently and effectively, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and press leadership, while also organizing production.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of setup and breakdown of screens, squeegees, and flood-bars
Familiarity with plastisol inks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills (verbal and basic written)
Basic organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Problem-solving mindset

Experience with other ink types

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up multi-color jobs (2–3 colors) and follow screen sequences
Follow production instructions and work orders accurately
Assist with production tasks such as ink mixing and basic troubleshooting on press
Maintain quality standards with attention to detail
Meet daily production goals and work under deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with monitoring supplies (inks, chemicals, etc.)
Escalate issues when needed
