Manage all aspects of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and International Registry (IR) lien filings including registration, de-registration, and lien release Serve as the primary contact with customers via phone, email and USPS mail Complete tasks associated with payment collection, including invoicing, tracking payments in loan accounting system, and contacting customers for past due payments Draft loan documentation for lender review prior to loan closing and customer signature Book loans on the loan accounting system Verify aircraft collateral insurance is present at loan inception and at each annual renewal Process required filings associated with purchase/sale and finance transactions of aircraft Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant verbal and written communication with stakeholders to discuss and convey information in order to exchange accurate information. This role does have a Flexible Work Arrangement. Schedule onsite hours required.
