This position is responsible for receiving and responding to calls from SCO and/or One Care (OC) consumers and providers. This includes taking messages, routing calls, responding to emails and processing requests from the SCOs for medical escorts and interpreters. The SCO clerk is responsible for performing a variety of office support tasks.
