About The Position
Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “ Scientist I” based out of San Diego, CA. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Rate: $49/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 2+ years of wet lab experience (industry preferred)
- Strong expertise in flow cytometry (FACS)
- Experience with T -cell assays, ELISA/Luminex, and aseptic techniques
Nice To Haves
- Non -viral transfection and automation experience
Responsibilities
- Perform T -cell engineering using non -viral transfection (electroporation/nucleofection)
- Run screening and functional assays (flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, cytokine analysis)
- Maintain and culture primary T cells and cell lines
- Analyze data (FlowJo) and document experiments in ELN
- Support high -throughput screening and binder validation
