About The Position

We are seeking a Scientist to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Sante Fe, NM. As a key member of our antibody discovery team, you will lead the construction and quality control of naïve in vitro antibody libraries using cutting-edge molecular biology techniques. What you’ll be doing: Build and QC naïve in vitro antibody libraries using PCR, cloning, and display technologies. Construct antibody libraries via phage/yeast display and other molecular biology methods. Perform phage library production and amplification. Conduct full library quality control using next generation sequencing and analytical techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new library formats. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic lab notebooks. Follow and contribute to SOP development and process optimization. Support innovation in antibody engineering and recombinant protein expression.

Requirements

  • PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Immunology, or related life science field with 2–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech or pharma.
  • Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including PCR, cloning, and sequence analysis.
  • Experience with phage or yeast display systems.
  • Mastery of molecular biology, including primer design, SOP writing, and process streamlining.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints).
