Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a related discipline) is required
  • A minimum of 3 years industry experience in biotech or pharma, particularly within immuno-oncology or inflammation therapeutic areas is required
  • Proficiency in immunological techniques such as multicolor flow cytometry, multiplex ELISA, proliferation assays, cytolysis assays, and transcriptomics is required
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely is required

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with in vitro human cell assays to assess multi-specific biotherapeutic using automation processes is preferred
  • Strong understanding of immune modulation, immunotherapy, and emerging biotechnologies is preferred
  • Demonstrated curiosity about the future landscape of next-generation medicines and a passion for innovation is preferred
  • Experience in end-to-end drug development processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and performing human cell-based assays to characterize the potency and biological activity of large molecule therapeutics.
  • Utilizing lab automation, immunological techniques, and cutting-edge technologies to optimize assay performance.
  • Interpreting and communicating experimental data effectively, contributing to cross-functional project teams.
  • Documenting findings through technical reports, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards.
