Requirements
Experience in a leadership role with school-aged children and previous school employment preferred.
An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and the community is essential.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form is required.
An ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board policies is important.

Responsibilities
Administers the operation of periodic enrichment workshops by: Meeting with Site Directors to discuss planning and expectations
Plan and implement weekly workshops that encourage creativity, allow for skill development, and expose children to new experiences.
Submit plans to the Site Director
Interacting with students, staff, parents and the school community in a constructive manner to create a positive, welcoming learning environment.
Providing general supervision to students.
Ensures guidelines for participation, inclusion, conduct, and discipline are followed to maintain a safe, enjoyable learning environment.
Monitoring student transitions and dismissal from activities.
Serving as a liaison and maintaining relationships with students, school administrators, parents/guardians, volunteers, and community members.
Attending meetings as needed.
Providing regular reports and/or feedback to the Site Director containing a summary of activities, recommended actions, needs, concerns, and success highlights.
Reports incidents involving students and/or staff immediately to the School’s Out Coordinator.
Participates in training and professional development, as determined appropriate, by the School’s Out Coordinator.
May perform other duties as assigned.
