Proficiency in Engineering Tools Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Pro-E), simulation tools (FEA, dynamic modeling), and data acquisition systems. Programming Skills Ability to write and debug code in C/C++, MATLAB, or Python for analysis and automation tasks. Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability Capability to interpret test data, perform clearance studies, and provide engineering analysis for components. Effective Communication Strong written and oral communication skills for creating reports, presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Teamwork & Adaptability Ability to work well with engineers, test labs, and manufacturing teams, while being proactive and eager to learn. Bonus Knowledge Understanding of vehicle drivetrain components and benchmarking practices is a plus. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Qualifications You will support engineers on advanced design and development projects for mechatronic and mechanical systems, including creating CAD models, performing simulations, and writing code in languages like C/C++, MATLAB, or Python. Your role involves hands-on testing in labs and vehicles, analyzing sensor data, and conducting clearance studies to ensure component integration. Additionally, you’ll contribute to engineering reports, benchmarking analyses, and collaborate across teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Education / Area of Study: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
