Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Salem, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Requirements
- Active Oregon SLPA License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting
- Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
