About The Position

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Olympia, WA | 2025–2026 School Year Hello SLPs, Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Olympia, WA for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you. Position Details: In-person, school-based role Full-time and part-time positions available January 2026 through the end of the year, with potential to continue for next school year Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
