School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time or Part Time | Yakima, WA | 2025–2026 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year in Yakima, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. Requirements

  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
  • CFs welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
