About The Position

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Belfair, WA | Rest of the 2025–2026 School Year Hello SLPs, Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based positions in Belfair, WA for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. Position Details: In-person, school-based role Full-time 1.0 FTE Leave coverage or full school year positions are available Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• ASHA CCCs

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
