Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year in Joliet, IL ! Position Details Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Location: In-person, Joliet School District Elementary School Start Date: ASAP Service Area: Evaluations, therapy, IEPs, progress reports, and team collaboration

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement
• State of Illinois SLP license
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in school settings
• Conduct evaluations and write reports in alignment with IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Collaborate with special education and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
