Whether you are a bilingual specialist or a monolingual advocate, your leadership will be the cornerstone of student success across our Chicago campuses! Position Overview: Provide comprehensive social-emotional support and evidence-based interventions to ensure a consistent environment for student growth. Manage a diverse caseload by implementing individualized support plans, facilitating IEP meetings, and advocating for student needs. Deliver immediate support during crisis situations and develop proactive programs to foster a safe, inclusive learning culture. Bilingual Role: Serve as a primary bridge between the school and Spanish-speaking families to ensure equitable access to resources.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for designated bilingual placements
- Strong interpersonal skills for a multidisciplinary team environment
