About The Position
Anticipated School Social Worker 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR Franklin Middle School Intensive Therapuetic Support Program POSITION SUMMARY: Provide daily service to students in accordance with Board approved curriculum, policies and practices.
Requirements
- Appropriate New Jersey Certification required: New Jersey School Social Work Certification, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act
- Successful Criminal History Clearance
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
- Must be proficient in the use of instructional technology
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking a plus but not required
- Certificated Guidance Counselor with appropriate background will considered
