Position Overview: Provide individual and group counseling, alongside crisis intervention services, tailored for elementary and middle school students. Conduct thorough socio-emotional evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop impactful, student-centered intervention plans. Partner with parents, teachers, and administrators to design integrated support strategies that empower students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
- Valid Illinois Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Credential
- Prior experience providing social work services within a K-8 school setting
