About The Position

Start your Career Here! Our School Supervisors are provided with the opportunity to experience what it is like to work with youth and teens. Supervisors are also supported in their career development with ongoing training, a career roadmap detailing promotional timelines, and key performance indicators. Our Mission: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as caring, productive, responsible citizens. These are some of the additional things you will do as a School Site Supervisor. All BGCTM employees have the responsibility to help maintain the safety of our members and staff and ensure an optimal club experience for all. While we always aim for consistent schedules to promote balance, the shift for this position may vary. This posting is for our David E. Norman-Ely location.

Requirements

  • You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual
  • You want to pursue a career in education and childcare such as: HDFS, CDA, Education, Counseling etc…
  • You have a passion for building a better community
  • You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff and parents.
  • Minimum of 18 years or older
  • You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional references if you have work experience. If you don’t have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
  • You will also be asked to complete a drug screen, background check, and fingerprint check.
