About The Position

School Psychologist - Contract Location: Brattleboro, VT, 05301 Responsibilities: Work with multi-disciplinary teams to administer psychological/psycho-educational tests Translate assessment results into empirically-based decisions about service delivery and evaluate outcomes of services Implement and assess the effectiveness of appropriate instructional interventions to meet students' needs Develop comprehensive evaluation outcomes to determine special education eligibility and define student learning needs Support IEP and EPT teams in communicating evaluation outcomes with parents/families Collaborate with other professionals within the school's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to support specialized learning outlined in the IEP Evaluate students with low-incidence disabilities and autism spectrum disorders Support and implement District policies, regulations, procedures and administrative directives Perform other duties as assigned If that's you, let's talk! Requirements

  • School Psychologist licensure in state of VT
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and training assessing Autism is preferred, but not required.
