About The Position

LOCATION: Stone Bridge Middle School 1252 Yardville-Allentown Rd. Allentown, NJ 08501 START DATE: September 1, 2026 TITLE: School Psychologist REPORTS TO: Director of Student Services TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-Month Employment with the potential of summer hours QUALIFICATIONS : Appropriate NJDOE Certification- Endorsement #3100 JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for but not limited to the following: Serve as a member of the middle school Child Study Team Develop IEPs and conduct IEP meetings Acts as a liaison between parents, students, staff and outside agencies Provide clinical services to at risk students Conduct individual counseling sessions Facilitate group counseling sessions Facilitation of service linkage to community services for families Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and outside clinical service providers Trained in crisis response and de-escalation Facilitation of staff trainings on mental health and the impact of trauma Performs all case managerial and therapeutic duties in accordance with State rules and regulations. EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with State guidelines and the provision of the Board's policy on evaluation of certified personnel. SALARY: Pay for this position shall be in accordance with the UFREA collective bargaining agreement. All collective bargaining agreements are available on the District website via Collective Bargaining Agreements ; Benefits available ranging from single to family coverage.
