Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2025–2026 school year in Evergreen, Colorado! We’re seeking passionate professionals who have an understanding of physical therapy in the high school setting.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado PT License
• Active CDE Certification

Responsibilities

• Supporting a High School student
• Provide physical therapy evaluations, therapy services, and progress monitoring
• Write and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Collaborate closely with the school-based special education team
